Since we’ve opened, we’ve been dedicated to changing the lives of people one person at a time, through martial arts, education and coaching. We strive to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all students and family members. We take pride in creating an environment for individuals to achieve, develop and succeed in their personal goals.
We strongly believe that martial arts can be for everyone, regardless of age, gender or experience levels. Throughout all of our programs, students will not only learn the necessary skill sets to protect themselves, we stand behind our realistic and practical approach, confident it will enable every member to achieve greatness and live their best life..
Get To Know Our World Class Instructors
Karen Armato
Karen Armato began training in Krav Maga in 2004 and received her instructor status in February 2006. Karen holds a black belt in Premier Martial arts and a 2nd degree black belt in Krav Maga making her one of the highest-ranking female instructors on the East Coast. Karen teaches adults, kids and all our women only seminars and programs. Karen is a certified law enforcement instructor and is also trained in Boxing, Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Dennis Amato
Dennis Amato began training in Krav Maga in 1999 and earned his instructor status in June of 2000. Along with teaching thousands of civilians, Dennis has taught hundreds of federal, state and local law enforcement personnel throughout New England as well as several military units prior to their deployment to active duty. Dennis also trains in Boxing, Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in order to give the best possible training experience for all our members. Dennis is the owner of Krav Maga Boston and is on the board of directors for Alpha Krav Maga International where he conducts instructor certification courses all around the country.
